Change

"WE MUST BE THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.  we must participate with our deeds, our words, our practice.  we must cultivate compassion in our hearts, make choices that support our voices and we will see the shift as a society toward this world being a better place.

there is nothing without tension, polarity

no alertness, no open space

i cannot be what i long to be without being what i also hate about myself- that’s the starting point

the work is to identify our habits and grow from that absence of consciousness
to bring light to the dark

ground down- exhale, gravity, root

rise up- inhale, consciousness, expand

in my loneliness and fear i am most universally loving and stable

in not knowing i know everything

in anger i understand"
